The Newlong CT4500 was developed as a customer solution for placing tags on filled bags during the bag closing process, and has now been integrated into our main equipment offerings. The CT4500 includes the world renowned DS-9C high-speed sewing head, A2-P2L sewing system, and infeed V-Belts. The CT4500 is designed to be a mobile stand alone unit and to work with new or existing bagging machines. Filled bags can be inserted into the infeed belts manually or automatically.

The Newlong CT4500 is strictly for use on kraft paper bags and comes with many options, including:

• Thread break detection
• Plain sew closure
• Sewn over tape closure (with Optional Bag Top Trimmer)
• Tagging system
• Single or dual tag placer
